Import / export
Drop the files that come out of the extraction prompts. They're read as-is —
same filenames, same columns. Signed in, an import is committed to data/seed/
in the repo so everyone gets it; signed out, it stays on this device.

Seed files: data/seed/ · shared board state: data/board.json · every signed-in change is a commit in the repo history. Additive and reversible.

Sign in
Sign in with the username and password Work Official gave you. Works from any device — phone, laptop, studio. Everything you do is shared with the team and kept in the system's history under your name.
No account yet? Ask Work Official — they create it in seconds from the owner panel.
Owner: sign in with a GitHub token instead
Fine-grained token · repository lmc-command · Contents: Read and write. Kept only in this browser.
Site accounts need one GitHub token the board can write with. Create a fine-grained token at github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens/new: name LMC COMMAND, expiration 1 year, Only select repositories → lmc-command, Repository permissions → Contents: Read and write. Paste it here with your own owner password. The token is stored encrypted with each person's password — never in plain text.
Create an account, then text the person their username and temporary password. They can change it after signing in. Remove an account and that person is out immediately.
Rotate the board token
If the token expires or you want to cut everyone off at once: paste a new token. Your account is re-keyed now; every other account gets a new temporary password you set here, which you then send them.
